Commercial asbestos management
If your building or property was built before 1990 then it is highly likely it will contain some form of asbestos or materials that contain asbestos. As a business or property owner, you now have a duty to identify and manage any asbestos present in your building. We can also help you understand your legal requirements along with your duties and responsibilities in line with the new Asbestos Code of Practice.
Any asbestos project can have its challenges but commercial and industrial properties are often more complex due to the amount of asbestos involved or the location of the asbestos in inaccessible areas such as walls, beams and columns. ATL has the knowledge and experience to simply and effectively manage all of your commercial asbestos needs. Our teams have experience gained from working on a wide range of commercial properties from both private and public sectors and in multiple industries.
