Brett is a dynamic and entrepreneurial business leader having worked across various sectors including construction, property development, manufacturing, professional services, e-commerce and business consulting. Brett was appointed Managing Director and CEO of ATL Group in 2014. Brett is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors and New Zealand Institute of Management.

BUSINESS CONTROLLER
B Comm (Acc), Hons B Compt Charl joined ATL under its’ previous management in March 2012, bringing a strong accounting and finance background to the organisation. He started his career with accounting firm KPMG and then became group accountant in a listed enterprise. He has held financial management leadership roles in manufacturing, FMCG and logistics industries, both in New Zealand and abroad. Charl was appointed Financial Director of ATL Group in March 2014 and then Business Controller in March 2019.
Mike Sommerville ATL Group
MIKE SOMMERVILLE
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Mike joined ATL in September 2014. He is an experienced Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Mike holds strong operational skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Sales, Facility Management (FM), and Account Management.
LEON JANSEN VAN RENSBURG
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Leon has been with ATL since 2016 and has greatly assisted the company in achieving greater efficiencies and solving organisational issues. He is adept in risk identification, financial management, due diligence reviews, company valuations, business planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling. As a fully qualified chartered accountant he has 20 years experience in consolidations, auditing, tax and risk management.
KEITH GOODALL
BOARD CHAIRMAN
Keith is a highly experienced company director, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, and has sat on listed company boards in both Australia and New Zealand. He is currently chairman or a non-executive director of companies involved in the health, hospitality, telecommunications, property management and energy sectors and as a chartered accountant has a strong corporate finance background and experience in addition to being a leading forensic accounting appearing in numerous High Court and Family Court cases as an expert.

Grant Stapleton has over 35 years experience as an executive leader, entrepreneur and director. Throughout his career he has led numerous businesses from a variety of industries to success. As managing director of Cornell Consulting Group Grant advises clients in the areas of strategy, HR and finance. Outside of work Grant is a keen sailor and races yachts both in New Zealand and overseas

Keith Rowden has over 20 years experience within the asbestos industry, having managed and worked for a range of prestigious companies on reactive/proactive maintenance operations on nuclear power stations, oil refineries, chemical plants and major construction projects in the UK and overseas. He manages and motivates teams to work efficiently and safely to deliver organizational objectives. Keith has been with ATL for just two years but in that short time has proven himself to be a dedicated and hardworking professional with extensive knowledge in pricing and managing large teams. He takes pride in delivering service and providing meticulous standards of work.

Tauranga & Taranaki Divisions

Shae Bailey ATL Tauranga Branch
SHAE BAILEY
REGIONAL MANAGER
Shae has over 8 year’s Australian Industry experience, having worked on high profile projects throughout Australia in government, mining, health, commercial and residential sectors. He has been with ATL for over three years as an Asbestos Project Manager working on a number of Projects throughout Auckland and the North Island.
Shae has been involved with the development of Asbestos Management programs for District Health Boards in Auckland, providing remediation solutions, establishing standard operating procedures and providing consultancy and management services directly to ADHB. He is now managing our Tauranga and Taranaki Branches, working with a wide variety of clients, both residential and commercial.

Wellington Division

Richard Roberts ATL Wellington Branch
RICHARD ROBERTS
GENERAL MANAGER
Richard joined ATL in November 2017 and currently heads up the business in the Central and Wellington regions of the North and whole of the South Island. Coming from the UK he has over 18 years of experience in asbestos, demolition, earthmoving and heavy industry. Richard's strong technical and contract management background has been pivotal in expanding ATL's client base and resulted in instrumenting some of the largest and most challenging projects ATL Group has seen to date.

South Island Division

Alexis Sadok ATL Wellington Branch
ALEXIS SADOK
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Alexis has joined ATL Group from France where the asbestos industry is heavily regulated. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Demolition from France and over 10 years experience in asbestos and demolition both overseas and in NZ. In France he was involved with ensuring compliance for large scale projects along with supervision and project management of asbestos removal projects.
He is currently acting as the Senior Projects Manager for the Dunedin branch. He has successfully managed two large scale asbestos removal projects in Dunedin over the past 6 months with the projects being delivered on time and on budget.
